Most citizens in America do not have issues involving police conduct; however, there are a few who either were treated rudely during a traffic stop, who were physically abused or have been mistreated in other ways. Often, when a citizen wishes to make a complaint they are faced with intimidation, fear and confusion in the process.

This roly-poly, bug-eyed robot may soon be pressed into military service. And although it might look a little goofy, American Unmanned Systems’ GuardBot is built to tackle serious surveillance tasks.

This two-foot-wide model can roll around and transmit video for up to 16 hours, climbing inclines up to 30 degrees and hitting speeds up to 20mph. An operator can drive GuardBot using a remote control program along a pre-set path that it’ll follow using its built-in GPS. It’s also amphibious, though not a terrific swimmer. GuardBot scoots along at a top speed of 4mph in the water. Interestingly enough, GuardBot was originally designed for a very different kind of terrain: the surface of Mars.

camera mounted to a police cruiser in St. Louis, Missouri has captured footage revealing a cop to have stopped its recording process, moments after realizing that it had filmed her colleagues kicking a man.

Attorneys for the man caught being kicked have released the footage recorded from a St. Louis Police Department cop cruiser last year that they say is enough to prove their client was wrongfully arrested and abused by officers of the law.

The dashcam footage released this week documents the moments leading up to the April 10, 2014 traffic stop that ended with 18-year-old Cortez Bufford being dragged from his automobile and repeatedly kicked by police officer and stunned with a Taser.

The size could reduce the speed of its thinking processes. If the human race wants to keep pushing technology forward .We will need the aid of machines and artificial intellect. What use would machine have for human. The machine would use up the earths resources and leave pieces of a dead worlds behind and try to locate other worlds with the require resources. How do you know the machine are not approaching our world after being created by a alien species and using up that world or perhaps they are already here and influencing scientist and engineers. Whats a thousand year voyage to a machine. The machines would continue their own evolution where we left off. Their will be a god and he will be a machine. A machine will out emotion will not care how loud you scream as you are being dissected to increase it knowledge. But a will and purpose it will still need. People who lose emotions often stop understanding emotion. Would a machine try to copy those emotion to increase its understanding of them and increase its knowledge. You better be sure the purpose of the machines is to serve us and how would you stop a machine from choosing its own purpose. Without emotions would you really care about anything. Low emotion people are often more like machines then humans. Some still have a purpose and often can be more obsessives and cold blooded and often have less will power and some want to feel more emotions and many will commit more and more brutal acts to feel something.
