TUSCUMBIA (AP) - A Miller County jailer is under arrest for allegedly having sex with an inmate. Jailer James Gavett is charged with four felony counts. The Missouri State Water Patrol is investigating at the request of Miller County Sheriff Bill Abbott. Gavett has worked at the jail for five months.
